Victorious, Doom’s chosen champion of Latvia, was also given cosmic abilities when Doom gifted Victorious with the Power Cosmic, energy mainlywielded by cosmic beings like Galactus and his chosen heralds. Her connection to a portion of the Power Cosmic makes her a formidable hero and significantly stronger than Captain Marvel.
Zora’s origin has her toeing the line between hero and villain, but in retrospect, she is shown to have a noble and loyal heart, aligning herself with good.
