This led the community to understand that the game would not see newArchon Quests inGenshin Impact5.2, though HoYoverse never confirmed or denied this would be the case.

Iansan is rumored to have 127 lines during the leaked Archon Quest from Version 5.2.
After her, the leak says that Paimon will have 65 lines, followed by the Traveler with 57 lines. Capitano also seems to have some importance during the patch’s rumored Archon Quest, with 41 lines. According to the leak,other important Natlan characters set to make appearances during the update’s rumored Archon Quest include Xilonen, Citlali, Chasca, Mualani, Kachina, Kinich, and Ororon. One of the characters with lines in the leak does not have their name revealed. The most notable absence in the leaked line count for the Archon Quest in Version 5.2 isMavuika inGenshin Impact.
Based on the leaked line count,the Pyro Archon will not have any participation in the upcoming Archon Quest. This should come across as a surprise considering how vital a role she has been playing in the Natlan story arc and its developments as forces assemble to fend off the Abyss’ incursion. From the looks of the leak, it seems like this new Archon Quest will be mostly focused on Iansan as an important character in the Nation of Pyro, and it may serve as a bridge between the Archon Quests fromGenshin Impact’s Versions 5.1 and 5.3.

It is worth noting that HoYoverse never confirmed the lack of Archon Quests in Version 5.2, but only the lack of increased rewards. As such, there is a big chance that there will truly be at least one new Archon Quest in Version 5.2, disrupting speculation created by players thatGenshin Impact5.2’s lack of Primogem rewards for Archon Quests meant no Archon Quests at all.
