You should plant Starfruit Seeds on the 1st of Summer, harvest on the 14th, then plant on the 15th, and harvest on the 28th. This means you gettwo harvests in the same season.

A keg takes approximately seven days to turn fruit into wine. The next step is to bring the wine and put it into a cask.
