The 2025 roadmap, shared on X (formerly Twitter) by the officialPalworldaccount yesterday, features a long list of updates the devs intend to add to the game before the end of the year.One of those is an endgame scenario, which shares a bullet point with “World Tree.” Beyond that, it’sunknown whenPalworld’s endgame will look like, or when exactly it’ll come out(beyond sometime in 2025).

Palworld’s endgame is only one of the many bullet pointslisted on the 2025 roadmap. The fact that it shares a section with World Tree may have something to do with theenormous tree that’s been looming overPalworldplayerssince launch. This will likely put an official end to its main story, or at least its first arc; there’s plenty of possibility for expansion in future updates.
Besides that, the biggest update most players likely noticed isco-op crossplay, a feature currently lacking inPalworld. While Steam players can enjoy the game both off and online, in either four-player invite-only servers or 32-player public ones, players on Xbox, Game Pass, and PS5 are limited to single-player or invite-only servers. This will apparently be resolved in 2025, which also likely means all three platforms will start usingthe same version ofPalworld.

It’s still actively developing and releasing content, with theFeybreakupdate adding tons of new features, including a Hardcore More, in late December.
