The card won’t be sought after for its power, as it only has 70 HP and an attack that only does 10 points of damage to a random opposing Pokémon card. However,the stunning, exclusive art makes it a must-have for many collectors.
The card is part of a special promotion celebrating the fifth year that thePokémon Trading Card Gamehas been printed in Traditional Chinese. A special"5th Anniversary" stampmarks this Pikachu as being a part of this joyous occasion.

The box also contains a booster box of Super Electric Breaker as well as a deck box, sleeve, storage box, and a keychain.
The special edition Pikachu is a celebration of all these generations. The background also features Mew, Zoroark, as well as a Tera Charizard that’s quite a bit harder to spot.
