From two amazing girls becoming playable characters to the premise of spectacular battles around the city of Septimont — the Wuthering Waves version 2.6 update feels very exciting! The WuWa 2.6 preview stream reveals all the details of this game version.
Augusta and Iuno were confirmed via drip marketing. We already know some basic info about them, but the Preview Program contains a more precise breakdown of the girls’ abilities.
Septimont gets new layers of story quests and side adventures. This city was introduced in WuWa 2.4, and the developers added pretty interesting ideas to the source of the gladiator tradition in Wuthering Waves.

New adventures around Septimont
Rinascita is a big region in Wuthering Waves: Version 2.0 introduced it. The location includes the city of Septimont, which is the center of gladiator battles.
Previously, we could experience the story ofWuWa Lupa, as she is a gladiator herself. The new character, Augusta, enjoys arena battles as well. To continue adventures around Septimont, WuWa 2.6 gets new TDs, locations, and quests connected to this city.
Sanguis Plateaus
Events of Wuthering Waves 2.6 take place in a new sub-region, Sanguis Plateaus. It’s the frontline for people from Septimont to battle against the Dark Tide.
Rover travels to Sanguis Plateaus to participate in a hunt, which is a local tradition. Maybe, there is something beyond this rather weird entertainment?
WuWa Version 2.6 starts on Aug. 28 with the the first phase and the main quest Chapter II Act VIII “By Sun’s Burning Hand. The second phase starts on Sept. 17 with Chapter II Act IX “By Moon’s Fated Light”.
