My Hero Academia: Vigilantes Debuts Main Trailer Ahead of U.S. Debut on Crunchyroll
My Hero Academia: Vigilantes will make its grand debut on April 7th, acting as a prequel to the main anime.
Soga’s nickname is Spike Villain, and when looking at the menacing expression of fury he wears in the image posted by @vigilante_mha, it is easy to see why he has such a threatening, powerful nickname. Soga is a hotheaded, oftentimes angry character, who has become more helpful and heroic over time, fighting as a vigilante who saves others, but make no mistake, he has not lost his abrasive attitude entirely.Soga’s Quirk, Spike, does exactly what the name suggests, allowing Soga to create razor-sharp metal spikesthat poke out from his arms and his feet to slash his enemies.

Soga’s one-of-a-kind Quirk seems to reference one of Marvel’s greatest superheroes, Wolverine, who also fights villains with spikes that poke out from his hands like claws. None of these vigilantes are official Pro Heroes, yet their work is just as impactful.
TheMy Hero Academia: Vigilantesmanga ran from August 2016 to May 2022 and was written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and illustrated by Betten Court.
