Lil Uzi donates a signficant sum to kick off Kai Cenat’s Mafiathon 2 in November.

Popular streamer Kai Cenat has promised to use 20% of all Mafiathon 2 revenue to build schools in Nigeria. Cenat’s second-ever subathon, also known as Mafiathon 2, will be a landmark event and the 22-year-old streamer has already promised some good from this.

Mafiathon 2 started on November 1 and even before the event started, Kai Cenat had an announcement on Instagram.

I visited Nigeria not too long ago and I absolutely loved it…I say that to say this: for the next 30 days while I’m streaming, 20% of all revenue will be going straight to the school that I am still currently building for the kids of Mokoko

Makoko is an informal settlement across the 3rd Mainland Bridge located on the coast of mainland Lagos, Nigeria. A big number of houses are built on stilts and the community’s main occupation is fishing.

The streamer will be spending from his own pocket for the school’s classrooms, staff, uniforms, and other expenses. In a post, he also shared preliminary designs of the school structure including the layout amongst other things.

Lil Uzi donates to Kai’s cause

In a wholesome moment of philanthropy, Lil Uzi donated nearly $10,000 as soon as he heard about Kai Cenat’s initiative to build a school in Nigeria.
