According to the description provided in the report,Joe Ledgerfollows the titular character. Ledger is described as a Baltimore detective who is psychologically fractured. He’s secretly recruited by the government with the goal of leading a new task force. The task force, which is called the Department of Military Sciences, squares off against enemies by using state-of-the-art weapons. Ledger has a combat dog, named Ghost, a team of first-class special operators, and the resources of a mysterious figure known as Mr. Church.
