Marvel’s currentUltimate Universeis about to undergo another major status quo shift, as Earth-6160’s version ofIron Manreboots the universe’s biggest superhero team. Essentially this continuity’s Avengers,the Ultimates feature some of the universe’s most powerful heroes, like Thor and She-Hulk. However, Marvel is teasing that the team will be shaken up very soon, and new versions of other iconic characters could even be making their Ultimate debut.

Marvel recently released details on its offerings from the Ultimate Universe coming out this June, just as the second year of Earth-6160’s premier team is officially underway. InUltimates #13–written by Deniz Camp, with art by Juan Frigeri–Iron Lad will lay out his bold new plans for the next version of the universe’s biggest team, the Ultimates 3.0.

The Maker is six months away from returning, so Tony Stark pulls out the blue marker to start brainstorming how he can assemble the team that will finally beatthe alternate universe’s evil Reed Richardsonce and for all.

However, it seemed Spider-Man wasn’t ready for the team just yet, andPower Man declined Tony’s Ultimates invitationto focus on freeing people that the villainous regime has imprisoned.
