A recurring side activity inIndiana Jones and the Great Circlehas the legendary adventurersearching for a series of boxing ringsthroughout the world, facing increasingly difficult enemies in hand-to-hand combat. Not only are these boxing matches some of the more difficult combat challenges in the game, they’re also quite rewarding, with cash andrare, skill-boosting booksat the end of each round. There’s a boxing ring in each major area of the game. The first ring Indy finds is located in the Vatican; the second is in Gizeh.

However, before participating in any bouts or claiming any rewards, players will have to finagle a way into each of the three boxing rings. Each one is pretty specific about its membership, so you’ll have to source the right kind of disguise, then find a hidden entrance to get in. Here’s what you’ll need to get into the Gizeh boxing ring specifically inIndiana Jones and the Great Circle.

Where To Find The Underground Boxing Ring In Gizeh

Finding The Ring

The Gizeh boxing ring, also known as the Knuckle Duster Den, can be found at the location indicated above. It’swithin the Gizeh Village section of the area, within the northeastern part of the map. Starting from the market area, head up the stairs to the east, and then turn right. Search for the building with faded blue paint, plastered with several Nazi propaganda posters to the left of its door, near the end of this block. In order to access the boxing ring, you’ll need to head down the stairs inside, where you’ll find a door with a small peephole. However, if you’re not dressed for the occasion, you’ll need to find a disguise first.

Indiana Jones And The Great Circle Review: Already A Priceless Artifact

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle valiantly attempts to recapture what makes the movies special, and like Indy himself, it usually lands on its feet.

You should be able to find the Gizeh boxing ring as soon as you unlock this areain the main campaign, during “The Idol of Ra.” Whether you’re able to start fighting, though, is a different question entirely.

Where To Find A Wehrmacht Uniform

Getting Into The Gizeh Boxing Ring

To get into the Gizeh boxing ring, you’ll need a Wehrmacht Uniform to blend in with the Nazi clientele. You’ll find this near the Temple Excavation Site, which is located in the northern quadrant of town. Again, you should be able to access this during “The Idol of Ra.” If you happen upon it first, you may want to grab the Wehrmacht Uniform before attempting to get into the boxing ring.

Go to the approximate point indicated on the map above, and you’ll see a small guard tower (pictured above). Head around it to the left as it appears in the image, andlook up to find a spot where you can hook your whip. Do so by pressing RB, and then, using the whip and the wall (by holding RT and moving the left stick upwards), climb up the tower.

Near the top, you’ll be able to grab onto a ledge. While hanging, shimmy to the right until you come upon an open window. Climb through, and look for a nearby ladder. You’ll want to head down it onto the ground floor of the tower, whereyou’ll find the Wehrmacht Uniform sitting on a table. Pick it up, but don’t forget to grab the Wehrmacht Key next to it, too. While you won’t need this to get into the boxing ring, it will open certain doors (literally) for you around Gizeh.

Wearing the right uniform can also help Indy sneak through restricted areas occupied by Nazis.

Now, head back to Gizeh Village and the boxing ring. Press right on the D-Pad to see a list of disguises available to you, and select the Wehrmacht Uniform. Walk downstairs and interact with the locked door. A Nazi will pull the peephole open, spend a moment inspecting you, and then usher you in.Just as in the Vatican boxing ring, you’ll get to participate in a series of fightshere. Win all of them to claim fabulous prizes, including skill books and money.

And with that, you know everything you need to get into the boxing ring in Gizeh. The real challenge, though, is winning the fights inside, as these can be quite difficult. Make ample use of food to buff your HP and stamina prior to the bout. By beating all your opponents here, in the Vatican, and in Sukhothai, you’ll receive the Tour de Force achievement to commemorate your boxing victories inIndiana Jones and the Great Circle.
