Fortnite is always trying to bring back its old characters but in new unique ways. Their newest addition, theRenegade Runner, is a new and improved version of the classicRenegade Raider. So how exactly does a player unlock the Renegade Runner in Fortnite? Well, it is simple… sort of.
Here is a guide to unlocking Fortnite’s new Renegade Runner skin.
Play in the Renegade Runner Cup and unlock the brand-new skin
Fans of competitive will be pleased to know that unlocking the new Renegade Runner skin will take a little bit of competition. Fortnite has announced a new tournament, where players can compete to earn the Renegade Runner skin.

But what if you are a Zero Build Fortnite player? Do not worry; this tournament is for everyone.
Fortnite decided to include two separate tournaments that run simultaneously. One will be a regular Battle Royale and the other a Zero Build tournament. Pick your poison, and do your best on the battlefield.
Scoring at least eight points in the tournament will also grant you theStarry Raider Emoticon.
Both tournaments are duo mode, so make sure you choose your teammate wisely.
