The JAK Voltstorm is one of the last Aftermarket Parts you can unlock in MW3 and Warzone.
The final week of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) Season 6 has arrived at long last. While Black Ops 6 is still two weeks away, Season 6 likely won’t feature much more content beyond the last week. Fortunately, the last week of Season 6 allows players to unlock a fascinating reward in MW3 and Warzone: the JAK Voltstorm.
The JAK Voltstorm is an Aftermarket Part for the Stormender that allows players to fire electrically charged shots that can hit multiple enemies. This is quite the nice attachment for the Stormender, which previously couldn’t do much damage against actual enemies. Unlocking the JAK Voltstorm in MW3 and Warzone
Just because it’s the last Aftermarket Part to come to MW3 doesn’t mean the unlock process has changed in the slightest for the JAK Voltstorm. As always, the attachment is available to unlock through the Weekly Challenges system. You can view your Weekly Challenges by going to the main lobby screen in MW3 or Warzone. From there, press the six dots icon, click the Challenges tab, and then select Weekly Challenges.
This brings you to the final week of Season 6. Here, you’re able to see all of the available challenges to complete to unlock the JAK Voltstorm. There are 21 challenges spread across multiplayer, Zombies, and battle royale. All you have to do to unlock the JAK Voltstorm is complete five of those 21 challenges.
you’re able to complete your five challenges any way you see fit. This includes completing all five in multiplayer or doing a few in Zombies and the rest in battle royale. As long as your total completed challenges equals five in some way, you’re all set.
Once you have five completed challenges, you’ll unlock the JAK Voltstorm for the Stormender. To equip it, go into the Gunsmith, view Launchers in the secondary slot, and select the Stormender. From there, view the Conversion Kit section of the Stormender’s attachments and equip the JAK Voltstorm.
If you have also completedthe three previous weeks of challengesin Season 6, you’ll unlock the Drawn and Quartered weapon camo as well. This is only available for players who complete all four weeks of challenges in Season 6. The camo and the Voltstorm are likely the final rewards for Weekly Challenges in MW3.
