Plus, they often help you reach higher points in each area, which can be a great way to access some of the higher mailboxes while you still have lower stamina.
How To Unlock Ziplines
Increase Pochacco’s Friendship Level
Unlocking ziplines inHello Kitty Island Adventureis done through a quest in the All The Right Tools category. However, like most of the quests in the game, there is a specific resident who will unlock the quest after reaching a specific tier in their friendship, and in this case, it’sPochacco. Additionally, you will also need to havecompleted the “Power Up The Gate” quest, which is done through Chococat’s first friendship level and opens up access to the Spooky Swamp.
Hello Kitty Island Adventure: How To Unlock The Pickaxe
If players hope to uncover all the island’s mysteries in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, they’ll first need to acquire a specific tool, the pickaxe.
Thankfully, unlikeunlocking the Water Can with My Melody, which requires a level 14 friendship,unlocking the zipline quest with Pochacco only requires reaching level four. The lower the level of friendship, the quicker the heart fills, so level four is relatively easy to reach within the first day or two of gifting, especially if you attempt to give the best gift you can.
If you’re doing this quest late in the game because you never completed it, you may have already unlocked Hello Kitty’s companion ability, whichboosts the rate of friendship when gifting. If you have, be sure to have her tag along while gifting to help you reach level four even quicker.
For Pochacco,his ultimate favorite three-heart gift is Pochacco’s Energy Pop, but since this isn’t available untilunlocking the Soda Machine inHello Kitty Island Adventure, it’s unlikely you’ll have access to this yet. In that case, the best early game one- and two-heart gifts for Pochacco includeEverything Pizzawhich is made in the Pizza Oven on Mount Hothead using Spinip from the Spooky Swamp, Tofu from Hello Kitty, and Dough from Retsuko, but if you can’t make that either, justTofuis also a fine gift.

Once you have the quest unlocked, meet up with Pochacco who will show you one of the ziplines, specifically the one in Seaside Resort. He will ask for your help in getting them working again and suggests you speak with Chococat, who may be able to help repair them. While speaking with Chococat, he will explain thatthe only way to get theziplinesworking again is by using Sparks, which he will give you the crafting recipe for.
How To Unlock Swimming & Diving in Hello Kitty Island Adventure
Hello Kitty Island Adventure has several ways for players to explore the world around them including swimming and diving in a large open ocean area.
Thankfully, crafting Sparks is rather easy, especially if you’ve been working on your friendship with Kuromi.To craft Sparks, you simply need three Light Stones, which are Kuromi’sfriendship gift inHello Kitty Island Adventure. Since you don’t typically use these for anything but Sparks, you should still have a decent stock of them if you’ve befriended her at all. Head to Chococat’s crafting station to craft a couple of Sparks and then return to the zipline, which you will now be able to power up.

Where To Find Every Zipline In Hello Kitty Island Adventure
Unfortunately, after unlocking the initial one that connects Seaside Resort and Spooky Swamp, there are onlytwo other ziplinesinHello Kitty Island Adventureto unlock, at least for now. There is one connecting each of the four sections, butthere is not one connecting Seaside Resort to Mount Hothead, presumably because Mount Hothead is somewhat intended to be the last area to explore.
