Epic has confirmed that OG Fortnite is heading to the masses this December, bringing the old maps, loot, and more from Season 1 Chapter 1.
The battle culminates with the activation of one of the iconic Mobile Suits from the show and the ability to actually pilot one of the suits. The match will include an “immersive, first-person cockpit view as if they were a real Gundam pilot.” A weekly leaderboard will keep track of wins andtop players will be rewarded with raffles for Vbucks and Gunpla kitsfromRequiem for Vengeance.

Gundam: Requiem for Vengeanceis a bleak tale of the futility of war. It shows how war touches the lives of ordinary people on either side and there are no good or bad guys, only innocents caught in the crossfire. It seems likean odd choice to adapt this dark show to the brightFortniteworld, and even reward players for killing the most opponents.
