As depicted in the preview forFinal Vengeance#6, when facing off againsta Ghost Rider who prefers to use his dual-pistolsover the steel whip,Johnny Blaze chooses to get close up and personal with his enemy, wielding an infernal chainsaw in an intense new upgrade for the infernal hero. However, Blaze doesn’t seem to be swinging his saw wildly around because his entire arm has been replaced by it.Looking like a flaming-skulled Ash Williams, Johnny and his graphically dangerous new weapon are going to be far more brutal than he’s ever been before.

Yes, it doesn’t make complete sense as to why Blaze would abandon his traditional long-reach weapon to take on an enemy that prefers using guns. However, if Johnny tragically loses an arm in the course of the fight duringFinal Vengeance#6, he would need something less dependent on both hands. It looks like the preview may have finally hinted at the torturous moment Johnny Blaze’s appendage is ripped from him.
