GH x Team Liquid – an exciting crossover that’ll happen in the opening series of Tour 3 DPC in WEU.
Team Liquid is set to play the first match in the Western Europe (WEU) Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) against Entity, but they won’t be playing with their complete lineup. Samuel “Boxi” Svahn will not make it to the match due to “a conflict of schedule”. Filling in his shoes would be Maroun “GH” Merhej from Nigma Galaxy, who will fulfill the duties of position four in this series.

Team Liquid’s coach William “Blitz” Lee revealed the information on Twitter. “Regarding our upcoming match boxi won’t be able to make it due to a conflict of schedule, we will be using GH thanks to Nigma for the assist,” Blitz posted.
GH and Team Liquid will play versus Entity, the first match of Tour 3 in WEU, on May 15th, 2023. There will be a long two weeks before GH and the rest of Nigma Galaxy compete in Division II - this time with two new players in their lineup. Check out moreroster changesin Tour 3 here.

While a dominant performance is always great to achieve, Team Liquid is free to lay back and relax this Tour. With 1500 DPC points, Team Liquid is the first team to earn a direct invite to TI12. This follows back-to-back regional wins and top 2 finishes in two Majors.
Nevertheless, in our recentinterview with Aydin “iNSaNiA” Sarkohi, he shared Liquid’s desire to win despite the secured TI12 invite. “We’re pretty competitive, we’d like to win. However, I do think there’s a part of us that’s also very mindful of being entertaining,” said INSaNiA, captain of Team Liquid.

A lot of fans are excited to see GH in action with Team Liquid. Will they deliver the hype or will Entity pull an upset? Stay tuned onEsports.gg for the latestDota 2 news and updates!
