Interested players can already start pre-farming Chasca’s materials inGenshin Impactahead of her release in Version 5.2. Chasca has been confirmed to be one of the new characters arriving with the next update for HoYoverse’s action RPG and, while there are still a few weeks before players can actively pull for her in gacha banners, several leaks about Version 5.2 are starting to emerge. There have beenleaks aboutGenshin Impact5.2’s character banners, for example, hinting at some long-awaited reruns, as well as the gameplay kit for Chasca and Ororon, the two new Natlan characters in the patch.
The leaks are also hinting at three brand new areas that will significantly expand the Nation of Pyro’s map. There have also been rumors about some events in Version 5.2, including what may be an unexpected return to Dragonspine in the Mondstadt region – all these new pieces of content should compensate for the confirmed absence of new Archon Quests during the update. Now, the most recent leaks have highlighted the possible materials used in Chasca’s Ascension and Talents, allowing preemptive players to pre-farm them. This would allow them to fully upgradeChasca inGenshin Impactupon obtaining her.

Chasca’s Ascension Materials In Genshin Impact 5.2 Have Leaked
Players Can Save Time If They Pre-Farm
All the materials used by Chasca in her Ascension and Talents have allegedly leaked. Many of them are already available in the game, which means they can be pre-farmed. Of course, some of the materials are new and will be added to the game with Version 5.2, most likely alongside the leaked new Natlan map areas. Nevertheless, despite not being able to collect everything before her release,pre-farming the existing materials can save players time and effort in getting Chasca to level 90once she is released as a playable character inGenshin Impact5.2.
How & Where To Pre-Farm Chasca’s Ascension Materials For Genshin Impact 5.2
Some Materials Are Not Yet Available In The Game
The first set of leaked materials listed by Honey Hunter World is composed of the Elemental gemstones. As an Anemo character,Chasca consumes Vayuda Turquoise stones in her Ascension and it is safe to pre-farm these ahead of her releasesince she will probably not suffer a change to her Elemental Type before her release. The best way to farm Vayuda Turquoise stones is to challenge and defeat Anemo-aligned bosses, including the Anemo Hypostasis and Maguu Kenki, for example. There will be a newboss inGenshin Impact5.2, however, that may be worth waiting for.
Honey Hunter World highlights that Vayuda Turquoise stones will also drop from the leaked world boss Tenebrous Papilla: Type I. This new world boss will likely be present in one of the new rumored Natlan areas and the database says that beating it could reward players with Vayuda Turquoise stones. Most importantly, however, this leaked Tenebrous Papilla: Type I boss is responsible for dropping a new item called Ensnaring Gaze, which is listed as one of Chasca’s leaked Ascension materials. As such, players will need to beat the new boss to obtain one of Chasca’s most important materials inGenshin Impact.

Players will have to wait for Version 5.2’s release to farm Ensnaring Gaze as the rumored Tenebrous Papilla: Type I world boss is not yet available, but the Vayuda Turquoise stones may be pre-farmed.
The next material listed for Chasca’s Ascension is also expected to be added with Version 5.2 and cannot currently be farmed.Honey Hunter World shows the leaked material called Withering Purpurbloom. This is a Local Specialty from Natlan that will seemingly be added to one or more of the rumored new Natlan areas in the next patch. As a Local Specialty, Withering Purpurbloom has limited nodes to farm on the map and has a 48-hour respawn timer, meaning players will take a while to gather all 168 necessary copies to fully Ascend Chasca inGenshin Impactupon Version 5.2’s release.

You Can’t Miss Genshin Impact 5.2’s Events
One of the events in Genshin Impact 5.2 may be responsible for giving out a free and very rare cosmetic item to players who complete it in due time.
The last set of Ascension materials listed for Chasca in the leak is already available in the game and can be pre-farmed.Juvenile Fang, Seasoned Fang, and Tyrant’s Fang are the enemy materials obtained by defeating wild Saurians across Natlan. This material is rumored to be used for both Chasca’s Ascension and Talents, so players will need to farm a large sum in order to fully upgrade the new Anemo character. These may be some of the most time-consuming materials to farm for Chasca, so it is best if players start pre-farming them from the variousSaurians inGenshin Impact.

Players can use the official Interactive Map onHoYoLABto track down Saurian enemies’ locations with more ease while they are farming.
How & Where To Pre-Farm Chasca’s Talent Materials For Genshin Impact 5.2
All Talent Materials Can Be Pre-Farmed
In addition to the aforementioned Juvenile Fang, Seasoned Fang, and Tyrant’s Fang materials that are used in Chasca’s Talents, players will also have to farm other items, according to Honey Hunter World. The database lists the Conflict books as Chasca’s Talent books.Teachings of Conflict, Guide to Conflict, and Philosophies of Conflict can be farmed from the Blazing Ruins Domainin Natlan’s Coatepec Mountain, but only on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. A large sum of these is needed to fully upgrade Chasca’s abilities, so it is best if players start farming as early as possible.
The next Talent material listed for Chasca, according to the leaks, is Silken Feather. This is a weekly boss material that can only be obtained bybeating the Knave boss inGenshin Impact. Only 18 copies are needed, but there is a severe limitation to weekly boss challenges andthe Silken Feather drop is not guaranteed, as Knave can drop three different types of materials. If players obtain any of Knave’s other materials, they can use a Dream Solvent at the Alchemy Table to transform them into Silken Feather.

The last leaked Talent material for Chasca is Crown of Insight. This is a rare item that can mainly be obtained from limited-time events and reputation systems. Only three are needed – one is used to top off each of her abilities, but given their rarity, players may have to wait for more chances at obtaining them. As of Version 5.0,players can also obtain Crowns of Insight via the in-game Starglitter Exchange shopin Paimon’s Bargains.
Genshin Impact Leaks Are Bad News For Iansan Fans & At Least One Other Character
Iansan’s release in Genshin Impact may have been leaked and it could be pushed back by several updates – and this includes another character, too.
While the leak does allow players to pre-farm most of the materials, it is worth noting that it should be considered with caution. As Chasca is still in the beta, there is a chance that the listed materials could be changed before her release – which would render some farming efforts useless for her, specifically. Nevertheless, players who want to get ahead and have a large portion of the materials ready for her release could pre-farm Chasca’s materials inGenshin Impact.
