The following arc, “The Corridor of Memories,” deals with the fallout from the battle, and Subaru completes trials to gain the knowledge required to defeat the cult. His group must also restore Emilia’s name after the witches eat her name, erasing all memory of her from existence, just like her beloved maid, Rem.
