So, a Ruby/Sapphire card that provides an ink ramp (a Sapphire hallmark) can be placed in a Ruby deck, providing more options and versatility. If this is the case, certain dual-ink cards could be used to fill in some glaring holes in various decks.

As for the Vanish ability, there are plenty of cards that have effects or abilities that trigger when another card is banished. It’s noted that the one card shown with the Vanish ability also has the Illusion keyword,so some cards may trigger when an accompanying Illusion card is banished.This new ability has a lot of promise, but we’ll need to see other cards in the set before making a final determination.
