Now, the Absolute Universe’s success has led to the entire series being reprinted.
Chris Conroy, the Executive Editor at DC Comics, has posted onBlueSkyto announce the line-wide reprinting of theAbsolute Universebooks. Since readers have been having a difficult time picking up certain issues due to how rapidly they’re selling,DC is bringing all three series set in its Absolute continuity back to comic shops, complete with updated cover art.

Some issues are being printed for the fifth time, while others have yet to be re-released until now. In any case, readers can look forward to picking up these acclaimed DC stories in February and meeting the Absolute Universe’s intepretations ofBatman, Wonder Woman, and Superman.

In Batman’s case, his debut issue was thebest-selling comic of 2024, so it will be released in its fifth printing with a cover drawn by Jim Lee.Absolute Wonder Woman#1 is on its fourth printing, whileAbsolute Superman#1 will get its third. Overall, the demand for DC’s daring new line of comics is evident, as each issue consistently sells out upon its return to shelves.
